How do I delete my account?

Tap your profile picture at the top of the app, then Account → Delete Account. Your account and everything you have logged are deleted for good.

How do I export or import what I have logged?

Tap your profile picture, then Privacy & data. Export Data saves everything as a Kultur file or a Letterboxd CSV, and Import Data brings in your history from Letterboxd, IMDb or a Kultur file.

How do I cancel Kultur Pro?

Kultur Pro is billed by Apple. Tap your profile picture, then Kultur Pro → Manage Subscription to change or cancel it.

How do I block or report someone?

Open their profile and use the ⋯ menu to report or block them. People you have blocked are listed under Privacy & data → Blocked Users, where you can unblock them.
